First Visit
At Perfect Smile Dental your first visit is a simple 5-step process. Our friendly staff is available every step of the way to help guide you through you appointment. From the exam to the treatment, it is our goal to make sure you understand everything that we are doing so please feel free to ask questions.
As a courtesy, please notify Perfect Smile Dental if you cannot make your appointment at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled time. A missed, late or cancelled appointment may be subject to a fee of $50 per hour scheduled.
